Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize Marcom spend and budget allocation.
- Guide social media strategy development to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Lead message crafting activities across Marcom channels.
- Provide inputs on community management approaches.
- Oversee content calendars and posting schedules and ensure consistent communication.
- Monitor media channels and provide insights on audience sentiment and trends.
- Support broader digital marketing and communication initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
Requirements:
- BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, including management of Marcom budgets.
- Fluent in English and Kurdish (beneficial).
- Proficient in social media management platforms, content creation tools, and analytics (mainly Excel), MS Office applications.
- Experience working in Iraq or Kurdistan, either for the government or private sector.
- Proven experience in content planning, audience engagement.
- Strong skills in message crafting and digital content strategy and planning.
Working Conditions:
Office based role - 5 days per week, 9:00am-6:00pm.
