Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help customers plan and book their trips, including flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance.
- Give travel advice based on the customer’s needs, budget, and preferences.
- Use booking systems to make reservations and issue tickets.
- Create and send travel itineraries and important travel documents.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a friendly and professional way.
- Make changes or cancellations to bookings and solve any problems that come up.
- Keep up with the latest travel deals, visa rules, and destination updates.
- Work with airlines, hotels, and tour companies to get the best options for customers.
- Meet sales targets and help grow the agency’s business.
- Keep records of bookings and follow up with customers before and after their trips.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree preferably in business.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused job.
- Previous experience is same role is a plus.
- Good English, Arabic and Kurdish language skills.
Working Conditions:
Office based role : (6) Days per week & (9) hours per day (Starting from 9:00am till
6:00pm).
