Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for ISP services, including broadband, leased lines, fiber, MPLS, SD-WAN, and related solutions.
- Create and define the main objectives and KPIs for the B2B sales team.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and targeting potential business clients across various sectors.
- Lead and manage the B2B sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers (e.g., IT managers, procurement heads).
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and met.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitive offerings to maintain a strong value proposition.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during onboarding and post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the ISP or telecom industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Language Skills, English & Arabic.
- Advanced in Computer Skills
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Solid understanding of business internet services (e.g., dedicated internet access, fiber, VPNs, SD-WAN, VoIP, and ICT products).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
- Experience selling to large enterprises, real estate developers, IT companies, or public sector clients and government entities.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, bandwidth planning, and technical SLAs.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for internet services
Working Conditions:
5 Days per week & 8 hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm)
