Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in drafting new regulations and influencing existing ones to align with business interests.
- Oversee compliance with regulations for product registration, artwork, customs clearance, and licensing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, suppliers, and industry associations to facilitate business operations.
- Address and resolve regulatory inquiries, licensing delays, and compliance challenges.
- Develop strategies to combat counterfeit goods in collaboration with relevant authorities.
- Maintain effective day-to-day communication with suppliers and act as a liaison between them and the company on government matters.
- Streamline processes with government agencies to reduce costs, enhance reputation, and ensure smooth license issuance or renewal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or related fields, preferably within international companies.
- Language Skills, Arabic and English are required.
- Computer Skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
6 days/ week, 8 hours/day
