Sales Manager

Sector: Investment

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the entire sales process for our real estate development, from initial client contact to closing.
  • Engage with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions within our development.
  • Conduct and present market analysis to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and investment opportunities of our properties.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and potential buyers through effective marketing strategies and outreach.
  • Host property viewings and guide clients through the features and benefits of our development.
  • Provide clear and informed guidance on property contracts and relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive developments, and real estate regulations to offer informed and strategic advice.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management, highlighting sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on selling residential or commercial developments.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to conduct effective property presentations and valuations.
  • Strong communication skills in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and continuous professional development.

Working Conditions:

5 days/week, 9 hours/ day, including 1 hour break
