Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage local marketing teams.
- Develop and
implement marketing plans including product promotion (user growth,
cybertribe operations, etc.), branding, and promotional activities.
- Continuously track and analyze market trends,
identify market trends and user preferences, and provide data support for
product strategy and function improvement.
- Conduct in-depth research on local users'
behavior and needs, obtain user feedbacks through methods such as data
analysis and user interviews, and generate valuable reports of user
insights.
- Conduct user acquisition, retention,
re-purchase, etc. through online and offline activities, and summarize the
results of the activities.
- Timely communicate and feedback with business
GM to develop and implement new operations and activity strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in sociology, marketing or related fields.
- Native proficiency of Arabic, fluent in English.
- More than 3 years of experience in user research, market surveys, etc.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to present results clearly and accurately, and effectively collaborate with the team.
Working Conditions:
Office- Based, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day.
