Define research goals and objectives, focusing on both short-term and long-term business needs.
Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights using statistical methods, software tools, and qualitative analysis techniques.
Prepare and present detailed reports with clear visualizations and executive summaries to management, and cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights.
Lead a team of research analysts, providing mentorship, training, and support.
Use research findings to predict future market trends and consumer behavior patterns.
Guide decision-making processes by providing data-driven forecasts and recommendations.
Evaluate the quality and reliability of data sources and ensure ethical standards in data collection.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in Market Research, with a proven track record.
Proficiency with market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Qualtrics).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Able to manage and motivate a team, while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization.
Excellent communication skills, English language is a must, plus Arabic or Kurdish language.

Office Based, 5 days/week, 9 hours/day.
