Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial and Budget planning.
- Deals with investors and banks, negotiates, and raises funds.
- Develop Financial plans with project managers and another department, to avoid risks and errors (Risk manager work)
- Deals with bank rules, taxes, and government departments.
- Cost control.
- Review and check contracts for finance costing and obligations to avoid risks.
Requirements:
- Master's in Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit.
- Good skills in the English, Kurdish & Arabic languages.
Working Conditions:
6 days/week, 8 hours/day.
