Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales performance and market shares data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and execute comprehensive sales plans.
- Supervises territory management, marketing strategy implementation and customer engagement plans execution by coaching and developing district managers
- Oversees sales compensation and quota setting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to drive sales team performance and revenue growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, finance, and other departments.
- Promote best practices for sales productivity and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Life Sciences and/or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in specialty care and tender management is required with experience in people management and senior leadership roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
- Very strong leadership skills
- Key account management, problem
solving, and change management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills
with good level of knowledge on market access strategies & tactics.
- Self-driven, decisive with high
sense of urgency and ability to resolve and overcome hurdles and
challenges.
- Cross-functionality, networking
& high level of emotional intelligence.
- Utilizes resources efficiently to drive results.
Working Conditions:
Office based role (5) days per week Sunday to Thursday and (8) hours per day.
