Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive sales department.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
- Supervise inventory levels and collaborate with logistics and procurement for vehicle availability.
- Handle negotiations with key clients and manage high-value deals.
- Monitor sales team performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including documentation, registration, and financing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, sales processes, and customer behavior.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM and dealership management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in both new and used vehicle sales.
- Knowledge of multi-brand or luxury automotive operations is a plus.
- Strong network and customer base in the local market.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic/Kurdish) is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
