Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute the overall consumer sales strategy in line with Company's corporate objectives.
- Full accountability for consumer sales performance, including revenues, active subscriber base, and market share.
- Oversee all sales channels (Direct Sales, Dealers, Distributors, and Customer Care).
- Set annual sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure effective go-to-market strategies for new products, offers, and promotions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Network, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to the executive management and Board.
- Ensure all Comapny's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are fully implemented across sales operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales leaders and regional sales teams, fostering a highperformance culture.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, productivity, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
- Own and manage the consumer sales budget, ensuring effective cost control and ROI optimization.
- Identify and proactively manage commercial and operational risks related to consumer sales.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
- More than 10 years of experience in related field and role.
- English (required), Kurdish (Preferred), Arabic (Preferred).
- Analysis Skills: Identifies key market trends, sales performance gaps, and growth opportunities, determining root causes and corrective actions.
- Decision Making: Applies consistent logic, data-driven judgment, and objectivity in strategic and operational decisions.
- Assertiveness: Takes firm and timely decisions to drive results while maintaining professional collaboration.
- Empowerment: Delegates authority effectively and enables teams to take ownership of results.
- Change Leadership: Leads and drives sales transformation initiatives, adapting to competitive and regulatory changes.
Working Conditions:
Office based role - 5 days a week and 8 hours a day.
