Office Manager

Sector: Investment

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and arrange the meetings and events. Manages the in and out communications system such as; telephone calls received and messages reception etc.
  • Organize and prepare arrangements for meetings, including providing necessary information, briefings, and reports ahead of meetings to support the agenda.
  • Coordinate activities with division heads and senior management.
  • Control, draft, and type correspondence and routine reports as needed.
  • Manage and maintain office files and maintain up to date.
  • Act as the first contact or liaison, for problem solving and facilitation
  • Maintain office efficiency through determining stock inventory levels, and anticipating needed supplies.
  • Take notes or minutes of various meetings as and when required.
  • Carry out special projects as allocated and research and analysis that may be needed for projects.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while dealing with confidential and time-sensitive material.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Min. 3 years experience in Office Management.
  • Microsoft Office professional user. Excellent business writing skills. Excellent time management skills.
  • Full proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English Language

Working Conditions:

Office Base-5days/week, 8 hours/day
