Administration Officer

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily administrative activities such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  • Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems manually or using computers.
  • Handling PR, PO, and budgeting tasks for the administration department.
  • Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Supervising administrative staff, providing training and orientation to new staff.
  • Communicating with external vendors and service providers to meet business needs.
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in administration roles within the pharmaceutical industry or industrial field.
  • Excellent Communication skills in Kurdish, and English Languages.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.

Working Conditions:

Office based role - 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
