Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing daily administrative activities such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems manually or using computers.
- Handling PR, PO, and budgeting tasks for the administration department.
- Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervising administrative staff, providing training and orientation to new staff.
- Communicating with external vendors and service providers to meet business needs.
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years in administration roles within the pharmaceutical industry or industrial field.
- Excellent Communication skills in Kurdish, and English Languages.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
Working Conditions:
Office based role - 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
