HR Officer

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the HR Process, and supervises the HR-ERP system under the supervision of HRS and HRM.
  • Support preparing and collecting data for the annual manpower plan, and adjust the organizational chart accordingly.
  • Prepare job descriptions for newly created positions and update existing job descriptions regularly.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage and maintain a pool of CVs and candidates.
  • Supervise the recording of employee data and update personal files regularly.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees including policy and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices and employee relations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly social security reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 3 years in HR& administration within the pharmaceutical industry or industrial field.
  • Excellent Communication skills in Kurdish, and English Languages.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency within HR systems and databases.

Working Conditions:

Office based role - 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
