HR and Admin Supervisor

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR programs including payroll, leaves, disciplinary matters, investigations, recognition, and occupational health & safety.
  • Support recruiting needs and implement best practices in selection processes and Interview job applicants.
  • Update the ERP-HR project in coordination with the HR manager.
  • Address employee relations issues and lead the employment cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
  • Implement policies and processes to support human capital compliance and strategy needs.
  • Follow up on talent performance evaluations and suggest improvements.
  • Manage HR assistant, Admin assistant, and Receptionist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 5 years in HR& administration within the pharmaceutical industry or industrial field.
  • Languages: English, Arabic, and Kurdish
  • Excellent Communication skills in Kurdish, and English Languages.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency within HR systems and · In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role - 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
