Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Uploading the company's HSE policy, procedure, and culture within the company's system.
Managing all aspects of safety and delivery associated with the pre-fabrication, construction, and installation of mechanical and piping systems.
Arranging and managing subcontractors who undertake the prefabrication, assembly, construction, hook-up, hydrotest, and test of piping system within the company's facilities.
Provide constructability inputs by reviewing the design of plant piping systems, the piping plot plans, and piping layout drawings.
Ensure material call-offs are placed in accordance with the schedule and meet the "Required on Site" Dates.
Performing reviews of MTOs using AcornPipe or SpoolFab design software.
Reviewing piping stock levels and coordinating with the engineering team to initiate purchase of necessary materials
Review of piping work packs prior to being issued for construction to sub-contractors.
Plan and follow piping installation schedules within the overall baseline schedule.
Implementing the requirements of the Company's PTW System and Risk assessments.
Supervising fabrication and installation contractors to ensure work site preparation and efficiency in execution.
Ensure that manhours are coded to the relevant work descriptions for contractor remuneration.
Coordinate with Construction Manager and Contractor to ensure that necessary personnel and resources are available to ensure timely completion of construction works.
Ensure that the construction works meet the Quality standards
Coordinate with QA/QC Superintendent to ensure that piping spools/materials are fully tested and inspected before installation.
Ensure that work is completed in accordance with the latest documentation.
Provide timely completion of any raised punch items.
Completion of piping "As built" drawings.

Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years· relevant experience in a similar role.
Significant experience in oil and gas piping facilities using 3D AutoCAD software.
Hands-on experience of design and construction activities.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team. Ability to work with hard reporting lines and dotted-line responsibilities.
Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
Computer literate and knowledgeable in relevant Codes and Specifications..
Experience of understanding piping Isometric drawing and bills of materials developed using AcornPipe or SpoolFab software.
Experience in design and installation of large and small-bore piping fabrication.
Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision.
Good communications and ability to work as part of a team.
Supervising and mentoring junior local staff members as required.
Experience with working with High H2S.
Training and coaching of the Kurdish engineers.

Working Conditions:

Site Based-Rotational.
