Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement a comprehensive market research strategy aligned with the
company’s marketing objectives.
- Define
research goals and objectives, focusing on both short-term and long-term
business needs.
- Analyze
large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights using
statistical methods, software tools, and qualitative analysis techniques.
- Prepare
and present detailed reports with clear visualizations and executive
summaries to management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor
and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and
market conditions to provide relevant insights.
- Lead
a team of research analysts, providing mentorship, training, and support.
- Use
research findings to predict future market trends and consumer behavior
patterns.
- Guide
decision-making processes by providing data-driven forecasts and
recommendations.
- Evaluate
the quality and reliability of data sources and ensure ethical standards
in data collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in Market Research, with a proven track record.
- Proficiency with market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Qualtrics).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Able to manage and motivate a team while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, English language is a must, plus Arabic or Kurdish language.
Working Conditions:
(5) Days per week & (9) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm).
