Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure employees comply with safety regulations.
- Conduct accident investigation, identify potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize safety training programs to help employees understand safety protocols, prevent accidents at the workplace, and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure the availability of safety equipment, and provide recommendations for the provision of new, updated equipment.
- Submit reports, assist external auditors, and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years of working experience as HSE or Quality Control Manager.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control and HSE procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Kurdish and English language fluency (Arabic is a plus).
Working Conditions:
(5) Days per week & (9) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 5:00
pm).
