Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand positioning.
- Analyze market research and performance data to identify audience segments, trends, and campaign opportunities.
- Plan and oversee marketing calendars, including digital campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and go-to-market plans in coordination with product and commercial teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communication materials.
- Coordinate content creation for various media (e.g., brochures, digital ads, newsletters, social media, video).
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to execute marketing deliverables.
- Regularly report to the Marketing Director and ensure alignment of priorities and messaging.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience with publications in local and/or international journals, with a proven track record.
- Very good knowledge of the Iraqi market and the process of assessments.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Working Conditions:
(5) Days per week & (9) hours per day (Starting from 8:00 am till 5:00
pm).
