Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and
propose suitable product solutions according to client requirements and
space needs.
- Promote and
sell the company’s materials and products to architects, designers,
contractors, and individual clients.
- Provide design
consultations and material recommendations to support clients’ projects.
- Maintain
in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, materials, and
applications.
- Follow up with
clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term
relationships.
- Prepare and
submit periodic sales and activity reports to management.
- Handle client
inquiries and complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions.
- Present
materials in a professional and appealing manner through samples,
drawings, or visual presentations.
- Communicate
regularly with the line manager about customer feedback, market trends,
and project updates.
- Work
proactively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Engineering (required).
- 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Fluent in Kurdish, excellent Arabic, and English.
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office software and designing software (3d Max or SketchUp).
- Dialogue and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
Working Conditions:
6 days per week and 8 hours per day.
