Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independent/ Organized Dealer channel Management.
- Distributor Management with Structured communication to distributors.
- Achieve Weekly and Monthly sales targets by product.
- Channel management & development.
- PSI: (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) management with assigned accounts.
- Upcoming Forecast for 12 weeks & input on System. AP1, Order earliness Quarterly targets.
- Competitors monitoring (Prices, Activities, Line-up).
- Inventory management (No aging in the company's warehouse and partners).
- Sell-In, Sell-through, Sell-out programs development, and full responsibility of the sales cycle.
- Account Receivable (A/R) management (No overdue, sealing); A/P full process.
- Marketing activity monitoring and analysis: ROI.
- Market share achievement: Shelf Share, sell out, trend analysis, Display & flooring.
- Ensure to achieve KPI’s targets set by management: WOS, Profit target, TIM% targets.
- Retail marketing: SFMT management and data analysis with follow-up.
- Shipment follows up: Inbound Tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Channel Sales & Marketing field activities, preferably in AV or other Electronics / IT industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent Arabic & English Language, excellent negotiation skills
- Computer Skills: Computer literate and advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working Conditions:
5 days per week, 9 hours per day, including 1 hour lunch break
