Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operations team to initiate and manage projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, resource allocation, and ownership, to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee internal and external projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to effectively plan and execute projects.
- Proactively identify and eliminate project obstacles, manage issue escalations, and support teams in balancing competing priorities.
- Continuously enhance project management processes, tools, and templates to strengthen the project management function.
- Provide regular status reports and program summaries, covering scope, schedule, quality risks, project status, resource allocation, and
customer impact.
- Identify and manage project-related costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure that customer delivery and quality are maintained throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Leader to implement improvement projects in Manufacturing.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or MBA or equivalent degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, or event
operations environment.
- Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
5 Days per week - 8 Hours per day (09:00 am - 05:00 pm).
