Sales Manager

Sector: Automotive

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the automotive sales department.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, professionalism, and productivity.

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.

  • Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure vehicle availability.

  • Negotiate with key clients and manage high-value corporate or individual deals.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and automotive industry regulations (registration, documentation, and financing).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong understanding of the automotive market, sales cycles, and customer behavior.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in both new and used vehicle sales.

  • Knowledge of multi-brand or luxury automotive operations is a plus.

  • Strong customer network in the local market.

  • Bilingual (English + Arabic/Kurdish) is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

6 days per week.
