Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive sales department.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, professionalism, and productivity.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure vehicle availability.
- Negotiate with key clients and manage high-value corporate or individual deals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and automotive industry regulations (registration, documentation, and financing).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, sales cycles, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in both new and used vehicle sales.
- Knowledge of multi-brand or luxury automotive operations is a plus.
- Strong customer network in the local market.
- Bilingual (English + Arabic/Kurdish) is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
6 days per week.
