Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs & offering support/solution after discussion & approval from seniors.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Building a new customer base & retaining existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Thinking & proposing ideas to seniors for maximizing sales.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Timely Reports to Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-4 years (FMCG industry preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Languages – English and (Arabic Preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently.
- Understanding of the company & its position in the market.
- Customer Orientation - The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s external and/or internal customers.
- Result Orientation - The ability to focus on the desired result of one’s own or one’s unit’s work, setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them.
- Autonomy and self-development - Extracting lessons from experiences and steering one’s own development process.
Working Conditions:
8 hours/day, 6 days/week
